покупал масляный фильтр (указав марку, объем, вид топлива), менеджер дал фильтр, сказал что точно подойдёт, при замене фильтр не подошёл, за замену масла пришлось отдать 300 рублей, не сменив фильтр, приехав в этот магазин сказал что фильтр не подошёл, они сказали что это человеческая ошибка(эта ошибка мне стоила 300 рублей) а кому то может в следующий раз стоить и на много больше. Не советую так называемый магазин!

Приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства. И хотели бы прояснить по данной ситуации. Клиенту была предложена оригинальная деталь, от которой клиент отказался с пожеланиями заменить оригинал на какой-нибудь дешевый аналог. Менеджер подобрал самый дешевый аналог по просьбе клиента, но предупредил , что не дает никаких гарантий то, что деталь подойдет к его авто. Ситуация получилась весьма банальна в наше время, когда каждый человек пытается буквально на всем экономить. И виноваты у таких людей будут всегда другие, только не они сами.

Банальный ответ 'рыночного' магазина, я просил фильтр, и при покупке спросил у менеджера подойдёт ли точно ? на что он ответил 'ДА', и конечно когда фильтр не подошёл, они мне предложили другой (оригинальный),от которого я конечно же отказался, вдруг опять будет 'человеческая' ошибка или неумение работать с каталогами и банально проверить совместимость!

Покупал запчасти в этом магазине уже несколько раз и всегда выходило дешевле, и быстрее , чем в магазинах города. Всем рекомендую.
