Пишут про отзывчивость персонала, но они просто вдруг перестали отвечать на вопросы. Судя по-всему, не было номера, который можно предложить. Но вместо того, чтобы сообщить об этом, просто начали игнорировать.

Елена, приветствуем!) Спасибо за обратную связь. Хотелось бы разобраться в ситуации, вероятно, произошла ошибка, ведь такое поведение не свойственно персоналу нашего парк-отеля. Расскажите, пожалуйста, Вы вели переписку в Вотсапе с нашим сотрудником, или это был телефонный разговор?
