Позвонил узнать о возможности ремонта телефона 10.07.2019 примерно в 18:40,оператор сообщил цену и указал на необходимость оставлять устройство на сутки, мотивируя это тем, что "клей сохнет 4 часа". На замечание, что у конкурентов данная процедура занимает 30 минут(действительно ремонтировал устройство с этой же проблемой не так давно) был послан к ним. Отличная клиентоориентированность.

Добрый день, спасибо за Ваш отзыв! К сожалению, мы всегда соблюдаем технологии при проведении работ, в Вашем случае это замена дисплея. Дисплей устанавливается на специализированный клей, адгезия которого составляет 24 часа,а не на скотч(как Вам сделали в предыдущем сервисе).Установка дисплея на скотч - это не надежно, так как скотч имеет особенность, со временем, отходить. Установка на скотч выгодна со стороны сокращения времени проведения работ, но не со стороны качества услуги для конечного потребителя услуги. Мы стремимся оказывать услугу на безупречном уровне, и поэтому соблюдение всех необходимых технологий, позволяют нам давать гарантию на произведенные работы и установленные запчасти 180 дней.
