Хамское отношения к клиенту и ужасные сотрудники +не умение работать на кассе.Сегодня мы с семьёй решили посетить данный магазин примерно в 21—00 купили ребенку штаны и рубашку, когда я подошла на кассу и оплатила покупку картой я захотела забрать свою покупку,но касса зависла и не отдала чек. Моя карта привязана к номеру телефона и мне пришла СМС что денежные средства списанные и даже указан был магазин. Я показав смс хотела покинуть магазин со своей покупкой, но не тут то было… Кассир как о казалось потом администратор не пускала меня и не отдавала покупки мотивируя тем что на кассе не вышел чек. Я спросила сколько ждать оказалось что около двух часов типа пока касса не настроиться. Я показала смс о том что с меня их магазин снял деньги так как в смс указанно время сумма и название где они были сняты и сказала что времени у меня нет ждать и выяснять на что услышала хамство и нецензурные выражения в свой адрес.в результате перебранки я девушка горячая тоже не молчала узнала о себе много нового. Администратор на которой кстати отсутствовал бейджик с именем заявила что видели они таких приносят потом менять, я честно говоря была в шоке и типа сейчас они ещё раз деньги за покупку спишут вставляй карту у нас не отобразилось на что я ее послала лесом.минут 30 мы разбирались после чего касса волшебным образом заработала. Кошмар конечно. Хотя сам магазин нормальный можно что то выбрать ребенку – показать
