не конкретному магазину, а системе в целом. Отвратительно работает клиентская служба. Ошибаются и не извиняются за свои ошибки, никак не пытаются их исправить. Некачественная работа с потребителями.

Именно по этому телефону как раз все проблемы, которые не решаются. Телефона менеджера, человека, который несёт ответственность за качество предоставляемых услуг, нет, с ним не соединяют. Вы не «помогаете» и «неразбираетесь»: только трепите нервы, не даёте адекватную информацию, а за ложную - не извиняетесь. О том, что такое customer service в контактном центре glo слыхом не слыхивали.

Перешла на iqos и избавилась от этих проблем: недействующих промокодов, неверной информации, пустых обещаний.....чего и вам советую. Готова где-то переплатить за нормальное обслуживание. А менеджеров у них типа нет - так что на это можете забить....не добьётесь.
