Настолько крупный, что сегодня не могу дозвониться ни по одному телефону 5часов. Отключился интернет, похоже даже одного дежурного у них нет. Шарашкина контора. При пользовании их Wi-Fi интернетом, постоянные разрывы связи, глюки, приглашения залогиниться еще раз с потерей связи. Средняя скорость в 5 раз ниже от заявленных "до 15мб/с". Пользовался в больнице г Химки, куркинское шоссе 11, качество предоставления услуг просто ужас! И это всё за 25 руб в сутки, те 750руб в мес, за интернет с реальными 2-3 мб/с, постоянно глючный, очень дорого.

это так ужасно, невозможно описать: 1. вы платите ни за что, 2. ты звонишь, но в никуда, и все это в больнице Св. Георгия, где ты так нужен в хорошей связи it's so so terrible, it is impossible describe: 1. you are paying but for nothing, 2. you are calling but to nowhere, and all this in the st.george hospital where you are so needed in good connection

Стабильно работающий wi-fi обеспечить неспособны. За 10 дней падал три раза, два раза - более чем на сутки Выброшенные деньги.

Здравствуйте уважаемые провайдеры,вы очень плохо относитесь к своим клиентам,я в данный момент нахожусь в больнице после операций,я оплатил за вашу услугу,а в замен ни чего,вы просто оху...шие,и номера не берёте,если вы не можете нормально работать уйдите с этого рынка и без вас хапуг хватает.

03.09.2018 находясь в Елизаветинской больнице г.СПб решил воспользоваться услугой посуточного доступа интернет. Совершил платеж, с помощью списания со счета мобильного телефона (+795000553**) суммы. Пришло смс сообщение с логином (12ucw4b) и паролем, однако при попытке подключиться к системе получил отказ. Позвонил на горячую линию (03.09 в 12:13) по номеру +78124495911 и узнал, что оборудование неисправно и устранить неполадки смогут на следующий день. Мне это не было актуально, т.к. выписка пр едполагалась на следующий день. Я попросил осуществить возврат суммы на моб. телефон. Оператор мне ответил, что сумма будет возвращена в течение дня. Сумма не вернулась на счет. На следующий день (04.09 в 10:35) звоню снова на горячую линию и сообщаю, что возврат не был осуществлен. Мне снова обещали возврат в течение дня. В итоге денежные средства не вернулись на баланс. Я, конечно, не обеднею, если потеряю 35 рублей. Но отношение компании отвратительное – показать
