Отвратительное отношение к клиенту. После услышанной громкой рекламы по радио, 10 января 2020г в 18-17 позвонили в автосалон Глазурит Киа, который на Фронтовых Бригад 27а, чтобы записаться на ТО. Первое, что напрягло- это долгая процедура записи (6 мин 25 сек), девушка задавала вопросы и потом как будто смотрела в бумажный справочник, чтобы идентифицировать машину и перечень работ, кое как записала меня на 18.01.2020 на 13-00. Второе, что ещё больше напрягло, они не позвонили и не прислали смс накануне, как делают все нормальные автосалоны. И последней каплей было, когда позвонили им в день записи за 3 часа, чтобы убедиться всё ли в силе, выяснилось, что записи нет. В итоге испорченное настроение и потеряны пол дня. После этого позвонили в автосалон на Расточной, где обслуживались уже 3 раза, записали за 2 мин 26 сек и пообещали накануне позвонить и напомнить. Делайте выводы автовладельцы!!!

Хочу порекомендовать менеджера Ботова В. Работает на совесть, для клиента делает по максимуму, приятный в общении, всё рассказал,показал, бонусы сделал. С остальным персоналом не очень всё хорошо, но из-за таких сотрудников как он впечателение вобщем от салона положительное. Внезапно как то решили посмотреть Киа и в итоге через 2 дня уехали на новой машине 😊
