Мне лично с компанией было сотрудничать очень приятно. Сотрудники хорошие, всегда помогают и консультируют как можно подробнее, если что вдруг не понятно. Пользовались несколько раз их услугой жд перевозок. Товары не были повреждены, доставлено все точно в срок. С документацией, к слову, тоже вообще без проблем, заполнено грамотно и хорошо все. Люди в главтрассе не первый день работают, это ощутимо.

Одна звезда ничего не раскажет про них, поэтому подробнее: вынужден был здесь получать пару коробок из Калининграда, оплату просят либо наличные либо перевод на карту. Оплатил наличкой чек не дают(привет налоговой) , требуют расписываться в накладной до получения груза (говорят это у них так организована работа в компании) . Сильно меня там бомбило, но поспешил покинуть грязный офис из-за цейтнота. Склад тоже очень грязный.

С этой фирмой проблем не было. Несколько раз обращались по поводу грузоперевозок из Калининграда в Москву. Молодцы, с работой справляются отлично. Всегда переживаем за сроки, доставку. Ребята сами звонят, обо всем предупреждают, не пропадают. Все товары приходят в срок и в целости. Хорошая фирма, если и пользуемся грузоперевозками, то только от компании Главтрасса!

А мне наоборот понравилось, и сотрудники как раз адекватными и понимающими показались… Во многом помогли и подсказали, с перевозкой тоже справились отлично и по срокам не прогадали. Так что за быстрой и аккуратной перевозкой я теперь только сюда буду идти!

Ужасная компания! Грузчики медленные, отбирают очень много времени. Никакого сервиса для клиентов. Начинаешь жаловаться, девочка на телефоне начинает дерзить!Клиентами не дорожат!
