Недобросовестная контора.Заказывали отделку балкона ,в первый же день монтажа один из мастеров пришёл в состоянии алкогольного опьянения(очень сильно пахло спиртным и была нарушена координация движений).Работа была проведена некачественно,при первом дожде все протекло.Который день обещают прислать мастера,чтобы все исправить,но так никто и не пришёл.Причем приходится самим названивать в эту фирму,обещают все решить и перезвонить(девушка,которая принимает звонки) и тишина.Обратной связи никакой!Обращаюсь к руководителю данной фирмы(если он,конечно,читает отзывы и ему важна репутация его предприятия)-поработайте с персоналом,научите общаться с людьми ,грамотно разговаривать,а не только брать деньги.И да...если Ваш секретарь дает обещание,что проблема будет решена и обещает перезвонить-пусть перезванивает.А если решить проблему пока не получается в силу загруженности мастеров можно хотя бы людям сказать об этом а не оставлять их в неизвестности?!Люди оказали Вашей фирме доверие,принесли Вам свои деньги.Непорядочно!Спасибо за уделённое внимание!
