Лично мое МНЕНИЯ и опыт,,работал в этой!!! шараге!!!! раньше. обещали з.п по договору одну по факту платили другую в меньшую сторону( на 10000 меньше всегда ).(копию договора не отдали хотя расписываться за копию попросили), графика работы круглосуточно, выходных и празднечных дней там просто нет...!!! а за отработку праздничных дней вам даже $1 не дадут , спасибо не скажут с сотрудниками дни и часы их работы не согласовывают , как захочет нач.участка так табилирует отработанные дни могут поставить меньше,. , !,как вариант для карьеры, сразу выкинуть из головы т.к к вам будут относиться как гастрабайтеру.не как к ГОВНУ..скорее даже . Рекомендую отказаться от приобретения недвижимости которую. строил ГМС(ГлавМонолитСтрой),им т.к ,людям работающим в этой компании деньги не платят, а если платят то а бы как , например человек по должности материально ответственный, получает з\п меньше чем РАЗНОрабочий...на 50%... ген.директор данной шараги СЕВИКЯН... так наверное понятно сразу... ..жаль потратил в этой шараге свою время ,жалею.. P.S ---всем удачи--

ВНИМАНИЮ ДЛЯ ТЕХ КТО ИЩЕТ РАБОТУ ИЛИ ХОЧЕТ СОТРУДНИЧАТЬ С ГМС!!!!!!!!!!! Вся бухгалтерия в ГМС чёрная, деньги выдают в конвертах. Очень они боятся налоговой, все документы перед проверкой они уничтожают. Людей увольняют по собственной воли и без выплаты заработной платы. И более того угрожают, если мы хотим обратиться в суд. Очень большая текучка. Ген.директор - отличный человек и семьянин, спит со своей черной секретаршей, доплачивая ей за доп. услуги. Начальство в ГМС не самое лучшее, они не уважают людей, отматерят тебя при всех и это в порядке вещей у них. Что касаемо подрядчиков ГМС - им они задерживают деньги постоянно от 2 мес. до полугода оправдываясь нелепыми отмазками.
