Все было плохо. Причём уже второй раз. Заказ долго не подтверждался, оператор при обзвоне грубил. Клиента вводят в заблуждение, инфо на сайте не соответствует действительности. В итоге доставка оказалась платной, а сумма заказа выросла! Условия ужасные. К тому же курьер не приехал в указанный промежуток времени, тем самым нарушив планы. Очень пожалела, буду искать другого поставщика.

Заказываю почти всегда тут линзы через интернет, привозят на следующий день обычно. цены чуть ниже, чем в других салонах. Срок годности линз тоже с приличным запасом. У меня еще индивидуальная скидка есть) Не подводили ни разу

Ну стали очень медленно работать.Заказала линзы в сб с доставкой на понедельник так как линзы под заказ.Позвонили в пн сказали только заказали их,будут во вторник.Во вторник курьер первым делом и должен был привезти мне их,потому что я ждала их еще в понедельник.Довез к 18.00.По доставке у Вас очень плохо.

На протяжении более чем 5 лет делала заказ в этом онлайн магазине. Впервые за столько лет столкнулась с проблемой - пришли некачественные линзы, диоптрии не соответствуют тому что написано на упаковке. Плохо вижу в линзах. Причем в одном заказе заказала разные линзы разных фирм- с одной пачкой все ок, а с другой- не вижу в линзах ничего. Проблема точно не в моем зрении. Обратилась в службу поддержки- меня динамит уже месяц. Обидно, что такое отношение у постоянным клиентам. Я попросила всего лишь скидку на заказа, так как линзы которые не подошли были куплены с расчетом на 3 месяца вперед. Очень испортилось впечатление, буду искать другой магазин. Номер моего заказа 2444284.

Выбор отличный, и мне удобно забирать из пунктов самовывоза в Истре. В мою деревню доставлять долго и проблематично. Где-то раз в полгода делаем с подружкой здесь заказ. Недавно из-за болезни глаз мне пришлось отказаться от части заказа. Оператор вежливый. Вошел в ситуацию. Заказ переделали и доставили в срок. К постоянным клиентам особый подход - скидки, подарки. Приятно.
