Сразу с порога называют сумму от 200 до 300 тыс за голую землю....Набираю в интернете там же в деревне - "купить дом" - сразу вижу за 150 тыс домик 40 кв.м с энергией колодцем и 12 соток!!!! Показываю обьяву им а лицо, слышу ответ - Так что Вы тогда к нам пришли?)))))))))))))))))
