Типичное для нашего уровня медицины учреждение Достоинства: Доброжелательное и профессиональное отношение врачей Недостатки: Огромные очереди В онкологический диспансер пришлось обратиться в связи с маминым заболеванием (онкогематология). Мама у меня лежачая, поэтому ходить всюду приходится мне самой. В онкодиспансер пришла прикрепляться по направлению от терапевта в поликлинике. Поскольку моя мама не имеет постоянной московской регистрации, пришлось прикрепляться по заявлению на имя главного врача. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); В дальнейшем побывала у онколога Лукьяненко, теперь посещаю доктора Исаченкова (гематолог) на постоянной основе. Оба врача произвели приятное впечатление, если до них добраться. А добраться очень сложно. Очередь на запись к ним сумасшедшая - на прием можно попасть только через месяц после записи. Приходится посещать их и без записи, подхожу к концу приема, и после всех пациентов с талонами врачи принимают тех, у кого талонов нет (низкий им за это поклон). В регистратуру очередь огромная, причем в одно окно идут по всем возможным поводам. Дозвониться к ним невозможно. Сейчас оформляю инвалидность маме для получения в Москве препаратов для химиотерапии, что тоже очень хлопотно. Почти ни разу нигде не столкнулась с откровенно хамским отношением или непрофессионализмом. Но нехватка кадров во всех медицинских учреждениях, и особенно онкологическом диспансере просто ужасает. А ведь этот диспансер обслуживает 20 отделений поликлиник ВАО. Жаль пациентов и врачей в том числе.

Никто не берет трубку телефона. Достоинства: нет Недостатки: всем всё равно, пока до них болезнь не доберется. Я не понимаю, я исправно плачу налоги. Почему медики, которые получают зарплату с моих налогов не работают? Я целый день на все телефоны звоню, никто не берет трубку. Рабочее время с 8 до 20. Это ОНКО центр, не клуб развлекательный. Люди от вас ждут помощи. Надо всех врачей на сделку перевести, вылечил человека - получил деньги, не вылечил, читаешь книги и лечишь.
