За порядком следят без напоминаний, это очень нравится. Вызывала мастера для установки розеток, все сделал хорошо и пришел без опозданий. Негатива нет, вроде как справляются.

Серьезных проблем у нашего дома никогда не возникало, а с мелкими справляются легко. Надеюсь, что в дальнейшем ситуации не изменится. Отдельная благодарность за решенную тему с ремонтом крыльца.

В прошлом году наш дом перешел под управление ГК «Жилсервис Реутов», если конкретно то его стало обслуживать управляющая компания «РЭУ №6 – Южный». Может быть это пока только временно, и дальше тоже расслабятся как другие. Но на данный момент нет абсолютно никаких замечаний, за свою работу организация взялась очень тщательно. Двор стал намного чище, в подъездах тоже прибавилось порядка. Проблемы, которые раньше не решались годами сдвинулись с мертвой точки.

В целом, серьезных вопросов нет. Двор всегда в чистоте, никакого мусора нет, снег этой зимой убирали хорошо, и ремонтные работы стараются делать вовремя.
