Здравствуйте Яна. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства. Но, скажите, разве справедливо негативно оценивать магазин в целом , лишь только потому, что в нём не оказалось возможности оплаты так, как это нужно было Вам? Я думаю, Вы бы смогли оценить по достоинству качество обслуживания в нашем магазине и профессионализм персонала, при других обстоятельствах. Но давать такую оценку, опираясь только на сложившиеся обстоятельства - не совсем честно. Надеюсь, Вы понимаете это. Еще раз - извините.

Все отзывы фейк. В магазине откровенные китайские поделки в коробках без товарных знаков. Качество никакое. Цены соответствующие. Ассортимент на сайте не соответствует действительности.

Единственный фейк отзыв здесь скорее только Ваш. На сколько Вы компетентны в электротранспорте, чтобы заявлять о подделках? Вы лично купили у нас что-то и это оказалось подделкой? Предоставьте факты. Я так понимаю, Вас смутили транспортировочные коробки? Все самокаты приезжают в таких и сделано это специально, чтобы избежать повреждений при транспортировке. Внутри же - находится вторая , уже фирменная коробка и в ней само устройство. Наши цены конкурентноспособны даже мало известным интернет магазинам. Что касается ассортимента - у нас постоянный проходящий поток, и информация о наличии на сайте действительно может разнится, тк в любой момент товар может быть продан в магазине, а инфо на сайте обновить не успевают. Плохо, если Вы не можете этого понять. Если Вы хотите купить конкретный товар - позвоните в магазин и забронируйте на нужное время. Тогда вопрос о наличии сам собой отпадёт.
