Здравствуйте! Спасибо за ваш отзыв. Нам очень жаль, что у вас возникла такая ситуация. Мы уже разобрались в проблеме и провели профилактическую беседу с сотрудником. Вас действительно должны были уведомить заранее о том, что придется ехать в другой филиал медицинского центра.

Были записаны на 17,нас приняли через час, не позвонили не предупредили заранее, что здесь очередь, ужасно платишь деньги и сидишь ещё ждешь
