Себе брал сальники помпы и прокладки детали качественные, без запаха пластика. Сборщик оценил комплектность, сборка заняла полчаса. Всё супер.

Обманывают при расчёте , ставят доп работы которые говорил что не нужно делать , так как тоже разбираюсь в ремонте авто , если будите в гиперавто обслуживаться , внимательно смотрите что было сделано и считайте на кассе суммы и выполненные работы .

Перед началом любых работ мы оформляем договор на обслуживание, в котором чётко прописаны каждая услуга и её стоимость. Стороны подписывают документ до того, как машина заезжает в ремонтный цех. Если в процессе обслуживания обнаруживаются скрытые неисправности или возникает необходимость в дополнительных работах связанных с основной услугой, мы обязательно сообщаем об этом клиенту, обосновываем, при необходимости демонстрируем и согласовываем их. Ни одна работа не выполняется без вашего согласия. Вы всегда можете сверить итоговую сумму и перечень оказанных услуг в приёмо - сдаточном акте до оплаты. Чтобы мы могли полноценно разобраться в ситуации, напишите, пожалуйста, точную дату обслуживания, модель и регистрационный номер автомобиля или полный номер акта выполненных работ. Задолбал этот стук справа менял уже стойки стаба, не помогло. Приехал на СТО, мастер покатал меня, сразу сказал рулевая рейка люфтит. Заменили в сборе за день. Цена адекватная, стук пропал. Теперь хоть ездить спокойно можно.

Постоянно меняю здесь масло и фильтры. Нравится, что всё в наличии: и синтетика проверенная, и фильтры не самые дешевые китайские. Занимает минут 20, пока пью кофе. Мастера аккуратные, под капотом все чисто, масло не проливают.
