При оплате купонами Спасибо (от Сбербанка) скидки не действуют! Был неприятно удивлен. Сделал заказ через интернет, да еще и предзаказ (считаю нормальным в таком случае сниженную цену 1700р вместо 2000р), но попытавшись оплатить часть (по условиям магазина до 50%) покупки купонами Спасибо, выяснилось, что часть эта высчитывается от первоначальной цены и скидка за предзаказ и покупку через интернет не считается. Т.е. в данном случае фактически 1 рубль цены не равен 1 купону от Сбербанка.

В мае 2020 проверяла работу кондиционера, мастер проверил утечки, что-то делал пол часа, сказал, что не работает компрессор кондиционера наверное. Посоветовал ехать к электрику. Записалась к электрику там же, Сорокин А.В., 12.06.2020 сделал диагностику, написал, что нужно поменять радиатор кондиционера, что я и сделала. А вот про компрессор сказал, что он работает, но в заключении об этом не было написано. После замены радиатора кондиционера, чуда не произошло. Приехала сегодня 14.07.2020 с претензией почему диагностика выполнена не корректно, как бы 2000 руб. Сказали, что сделают новую и всё проверят. Вот у меня вопрос это мастер увидев девушку, подумал сделаю на половину, или реально репутация гипера давно на нуле. Ранее делала замену тормозной жидкости и диагностику жидкостей, нареканий не было. Видимо электрику по фигу на репутацию компании.

цены конечно завышенные и товар в большинстве низкого качества, (машумовская продукция в изобилии 😉) но персонал ХОРОШИЙ ! А это самое главное ! 👍👍👍
