Захожу в этот магазин крайне редко. Проезжал мимо. Недавно просили купить очиститель. Был в магазине 01.09.2020г. В 16:24. 3 минуты искал консультанта. Нашел. Ждал долго пока освободится. По итогу посоветовал самый дорогой и даже не смог объяснить чем он лучше. Просто взял и уехал в другой магазин.

Записался на диагностику ходовой. Общались как с другом, никакого уважения к клиенту. При осмотре авто проявили непрофессионализм. Увидели что машина старая и сказали сразу что стойки мертвые, не проверяя их, хотя недавно поставил новые, под замену втулки, тоже были новые.
