Много лет назад был хороший супермаркет. Сейчас скатился до дешевого магазина. Оригинальных масел нет. Оригинальных запчастей нет. Одна китайская масума.

Сделал заказ через интернет. По тому как выяснилось что после ремонта в Гиперавто на Воронежской сломано крепление на воздушном фильтре и чудо мастера установили криво сам фильтр. О чем естественно не сообщили. Получил заказ с новым основанием воздушного фильтра. Все упаковано, красиво. Довольный уехал. Соответственно устанавливать поехал в другой сервис, не сразу, ждал когда механик вернётся из командировки. И о чудо при вскрытии упаковки новой запчасти выявилось что у нее сломано крепление крышки воздушного фильтра. Данная запчасть была сдана в магазин на возврат. Но в возврате отказали. Огромное спасибо Гипер авто за чудные запчасти. Заберите ее себе и пользуйтесь в удовольствие. Вы потеряли клиента и заработали репутацию!

Долго не могли найти причину стука в подвеске, в двух сервисах разводили руками. Здесь ребята подошли к вопросу основательно, нашли проблему за час. Запчасти заказали прямо у них, цены адекватные, не завышенные. Машина теперь едет как новая.

На Фольксвагене пришел срок менять ремень ГРМ. Доверился этим ребятам, не пожалел. Поставили оригинальный комплект, работу сделали аккуратно, все метки выставили идеально мотор работает ровно. По цене дешевле дилера на 30%, а качество выше.
