Никому не советую. Содержит огромный штат безграмотнейших специалистов. Бригадам рабочих материалы поставляются с большими задержками. Там, где можно поставить технику и сделать работу за день, ставят рабочих, делается все неделями вручную. Работа организована из ряда вон плохо. То, что можно построить за две недели, тянут месяцами.

Искали компанию по строительству с опытом и рекомендациями! Но, к нашему с супругом глубокому сожалению, впечатление к концу стройки оказалось отрицательным! Строители затянули стройку на месяц, работали можно сказать со скоростью ленивца. Все время появлялись новые позиции не посчитанные, как оказывалось, в смете, все устные обещания о скидках и бонусах, например пропил компенсационного паза были забыты и сделан вид, о том что об этом и речи не шло! Ни о какой компенсации и речи не было! В итоге строители уехали с объекта не доведя его до конца, с обещанием вернуться и сделать, но когда поняли что денег у нас нет на новые работы с данным объектом, забыли о том, что должны еще что-то сделать! В общем, если Вам не нужна нервотрепка и лишние расходы, ищите более надежную компанию. А генеральный директор в этой организации, это вообще отдельный разговор.
