Сарай, ужасный сервис, ремонт которого нет, все совково и грязно. Бардак с администрацией, постоянно новые правила, Лифты ужасные, В отделе аренды вообще гопота какая-то. В договоре вам обязательно впарят какую-то дичь и вы узнаете про нее когда закончится год аренды к примеру. Каждый год продлевая аренду, смотрите на договор, уверяю вас, там будет пару пунктов, которых раньше не было. Например, если по любой причине вы отказваетесь от аренды, то все равно теряете задаток, даже если они в одностороннем порядке решили вас выгнать. Цена аренды пляшет как хочет, вас просто ставят перед фактом, например говорят, что ваш кабинет оказывается больше на два метра по кадастровому плану, соответственно за 2 метра надо бы доплатить.. Место ужасное по расположению, от метро далеко, клиенты в принципе в этот район не охотно идут. В общем, бегите от этого совка. Еще, сломался кондиционер, я посмотрел, что выход на чердак открыт, заказал мастера, он приехал, -чердак заперли, найти диспетчера было нереально, когда нашел, она не признавалась, что она диспетчер, потом, понимая что я просто заплачу за вызов мастера и ничего не починю, начала просить взятку за то что бы открыть чердак... В общем- дурдом ребята! НЕ связывайтесь!
