До сих пор обидно, как меня развели в этом магазине 7 лет назад. Сколько заказывала по интернету, ни до, ни после такого безобразия никогда не встречала. В 2011 заказала фарфоровую куклу 65 см за 4500 руб. В то время это была одна из самых дорогих кукол в магазине. Копила на неё. Продажа была только при 100% оплате, доставка только Почтой России. Ладно, заказала - оплатила, жду. Пришла посылка, забрала. Дома открыла и была просто потрясена! В большой посылке лежало много газет и маленькая мятая коробка. В ней кукла около 37 см, фарфоровая, китайско - ширпотребовская, без всяких сертификатов, с поцарапанным лицом и отбитым пальцем. Причём отбитого куска пальца в коробке и нигде в посылке не было! Т. е. она пострадала не при транспортировке, а такой и была отправлена. Дальше были бесконечные переговоры по телефону. На эл. почту магазин не отвечал в принципе. Мне сказали, что эту возвращать не надо, это брак, случайно попавший в мою посылку, а мне вышлют ту куклу, которую я оплатила. И эти обещания продолжались 3 месяца. На моё возмущение и обещание обратиться в прокуратуру, сказали, что это я мошенница, получила свой товар, а теперь пытаюсь получить ещё один. Потом стали бросать трубку каждый раз, когда я звоню. Я не пошла в прокуратуру, у меня и без этого был трудный период в жизни, и в Обществе Защиты Прав Потребителей мне объяснили, что вряд ли что докажешь, нужна хотя бы переписка. Потом я купила себе куклу в другом магазине и осталась ею довольна. Но потресение осталось, каждый раз, заказывая в интернете, боюсь, что опять попадутся такие негодяи.
