Театр одного актера. Ермашенков Эдуард Эдуардович в компании по совместительству и учредитель, и генеральный директор, и менеджер, и исполнитель. Вследствие чего, нормально делать, к сожалению, у него не получается ничего( Обратился в эту компанию по вопросу гидроизоляции погреба в гараже. Привлекла меня, в первую очередь, гарантия на работы, аж на целых 3 года (!) Правда, Эдуард предложил в качестве гарантии свое честное слово, но, я как-то, не очень решился на такой эксперимент и настоятельно попросил оформить договор. Тем более, что стоимость работ у Эдуарда, прямо скажем, заоблачная(( Особо не форсировал события, да и Эдуард не торопился, то пропадал на несколько недель, то начинал настойчиво звонить и предлагал немедленно приступить к выполнению работ. Когда я напоминал про договор - снова исчезал... В итоге, с момента обращения до момента заключения договора прошло без малого полгода) Когда я ознакомился с договором, желание его подписывать у меня улетучилось окончательно: назвать условия гарантии на выполненные работы кабальными - не сказать ничего (см. вложение). В общем, не стал я заключать с Эдуардом договор, тем более, что другие специалисты предложили мне решение гораздо более эффективное и при этом, по цене в 2 (!) раза ниже, чем у Эдуарда. Теперь у меня в погребе сухо и комфортно. А с Эдуардом связываться не советую: он много обещает, но мало делает((
