Занимаюсь в этом клубе совсем недавно. Плюсы этого клуба: есть парковка — много мест, близко от метро. Мне важен тренажёрный зал,разнообразное оборудование, есть отдельно зал для разминки. Обожаю кардио зону))Также нравится йога.Всем советую у кого есть желание заниматься)Минусы: не нашла

Если совсем коротко, то примерно так: горячей воды нет уже около месяца, бойлеры не работают. Люди купаются в ледяной воде! Многие тренажеры в неисправности, коврики для фитнеса грязные, после них на одежде остаются следы. Менеджеры врут, обещая строительство бассейна на Семёновской, как потом оказалось, они это говорят уж около 3 лет. Девочки на ресепшене вечно чем-то недовольные. Во общем ужас полный! И главное, что ничего не делается для улучшения зала и комфорта клиентов.

Здравствуйте, Карина! Горячая вода уже есть, неполадка решена. Мы стараемся своевременно чинить тренажеры. Если Вы видите неисправный тренажер, укажите на него администраторам и мы отремонтируем его в ближайшее время. Мы передадим Вашу жалобу относительно ковриков и их почистят. Менеджеры не врут и переговоры по поводу бассейна действительно ведутся. Мы решим вопрос с администраторами на ресепшене и обещаем, что улыбка озарит их лица :)Поверьте, наша главная задача — стремиться к лучшем у и повышать качество обслуживания клиентов.
