Мне нужно было в аэропорт поздно вечером. Вызвала такси по приложению Gettaxi. Два раза приложение само меняло водителя. В итоге приехал абсолютно не тот водитель, который был указан в приложении. Отменил мне сам заказ, меня заставил отменить заказ. Я стала подозревать, что что-то неладно. Спросила про оплату (по счётчику выдавало около 580 ₽). Он сказал, что это слишком мало. Тут я реально испугалась, так как заказ он отменил, и за этим вообще никто не следит. В напряге ехала, на всякий случай набрала телефон полиции, держала наготове. Водитель же вёл себя неприемлемо, стал просить номер телефона. Как он вообще посмел?! В итоге до аэропорта довёз, довольно быстро, взял 700₽. Но остался дико неприятный осадок от его поведения. Буду теперь для собственной безопасности заказывать только 'комфорт-класс' (пользовалась 2 раза, были прекрасные водители). В принципе, ненамного дороже (850₽ до аэропорта вместо 600), но зато без фамильярностей и напряга. А, и потом он мне в WhatsApp посмел скинуть голосовое сообщение, но я сразу удалила, даже не слушая. Вообще, я считаю, что нужно скрывать номер телефона заказчика от таксистов, ведь не всем из них ведомы правила приличия. А эконом-классу Gettaxi - оценка "ноль". Научите своих водителей не сметь лезть к клиентам, не просить номер телефона и не мутить с отменами заказов. Было реально неприятно и страшно. К сожалению, номер машины не успела сфотографировать.

26.01.2020г. в 22:20 Заказал такси через приложение, номер заказа №1042122923, водитель Жиляков Андрей, машина О284РР33. оплату поставил картой, но на карте не хватило денег, расплатился наличными отдал водителю 550,00р. (535,80р.по счетчику), А у меня в приложении появился долг 535,80р., И до сих пор пытаются их снять с карты. Прошу разобраться в ситуации.
