Повелся на распиаренность этой конторы и многочисленное упоминание в различных рейтингах и получил настоящий пример из серии «Ожидание и реальность». Букет совершенно не похож на тот, что был выставлен на сайте: начиная с размера роз (на сайте они очевидно больше) и их цвета (цвет на сайте - насыщенный алый, что также указано и в описании к букету) и заканчивая цветом бумаги. Говоря в целом, букет выглядит «колхозно», некрасиво; эвкалипт, который в реальности совсем на него не похож, смахивает на обычный сорняк, прилипший к букету совершенно случайным образом. При этом в переписке работник пытался выставить меня дураком и уверенно настаивал на том, что букет вообще не отличается от показанного на сайте. Что касается открытки к букету, то если бы я знал, что она будет выглядеть так, как на прикрепленной ниже фотографии, то не стал бы позориться, добавляя ее во время оформления заказа. В общем, сервис - полнейший отстой. Ну и под конец, конечно, добила доставка - курьер опоздал аж на целый час. Особенно неприятно, когда такое происходит в день рождения близкого человека. Одна звезда за то, что хоть букет и оказался для меня небольшой эстетической травмой, но сами бутоны были более-менее свежие.

Доставили букет буквально за час! Приятно, что и на карантине можно поздравить друга с днём рождения, создать праздник!
