Приехали в 16.50 сдавать тест на ковид для отправки на госуслуги. При том, что на сайте указано время приема анализов до 19.00, мне сообщают, что курьер уже уехал, поэтому срок готовности будет 3 дня, а не два. И остается только вариант сдать на следующий день экспресс тест, который на 600 рублей дороже. Нас 5 человек. Написала про эту ситуацию в поддержку. Думала, что уважающая клиентов и свою репутацию компания, которая не публикует ссылку при указании времени приема анализов о том, что лучше приезжать раньше, дабы срок не увеличился на день, будет готова сделать срочный тест по цене обычного. Но нет. Не хотите - не надо. Прекрасный клиентоориентированный подход!!!

Недружелюбный персонал. После сдачи анализов жена спросила есть ли у них туалет, на что ей по хамски ответили: наш туалет только для сотрудников. Считаю подобное поведение недопустимо в общении с клиентами.

К работе вопросов нет. После того как оставил личные данные в данной клинике, пошли звонки: «не хотели бы проверить спину», «у нас есть мрт, узи и т.д.». В общем больше туда не пойду
