Записалась на одну дату, по приеду выставили меня дурочкой и сказали, что я записана в совершенно другой день и специалист у них вообще в отпуске. Я сначала действительно подумала, что это я ошиблась, но как же хорошо, что я веду запись всех телефонных разговоров. Оправила претензию на официальном сайте гемотест, на что мне сказали, что это не их офис, а франшиза. Пыталась связаться с руководством этой точки, никто не реагирует и не отвечает.

Сдавала кровь ребенку 4 лет по адресу Краснодар, ул Красных Партизан, Дом 1/4, Корпус 2 Осталась очень недовольна лабораторией! 1. Взяли кровь с Вены не бабочкой, а обычной иглой, не предупредив об этом заранее. В результате чего кровь сочилась с ранки еще пол дня 2. Выполнить исследование не смогли, вместо результата прислали, что «подсчет тромбоцитов не возможен» 3. Поехала снова в лабораторию, оставила заявление на возврат средств. Прошло 10 дней, денег так и не поступило, поехала снова, оказалось что в возврате мне отказано и это мои проблемы, что у них не получилось провести исследование как положено 4. По телефону горячей линии дозвониться практически не возможно Никому не рекомендую данный филиал
