Пожелание научить, работать сотрудника в кабинете "справка в один шаг" ,обучить компьютерной грамотности, вежливости и проведению правильных медицинских манипуляций. Каждый раз!!! при посещении слышу недовольные высказывания, чувствуешь себя виноватым только за то ,что уже зашёл в кабинет. Таким сотрудникам давно пора на заслуженную пенсию.
