Бездушная неэффективная организация!!! Сегодня были с внучкой на прививке (малышке 1 год и 10 месяцев). До 10-ти утра медик берет анализ крови, с 10-ти она же делает прививки. Это по регламенту, но как бы не так! Немолодая и явно неумелая медсестра растянула приём анализов до 11-ти. Детишки орут, у многих просто истерика. Особенно если медик в вену попасть не может, но очень хочет! И вот наконец начали делать прививки С опозданием В ЧАС!!!!!!!! К этому времени очередь скопилась огромная! И хоть бы кто из администрации появился, чтобы как-то выправить ситуацию! Видимо этот коллапс - норма для этой ролики и этих врачей! Прививку , к слову , сделали неаккуратно, ребенок напуган. Истринским врачам БОЛЬШОЕ НЕ СПАСИБО!!!!!!

Сам в этой поликлинике лечился, когда был мелким. Все устраивало, хорошее обслуживание и качественно сделанный ремонт. Все лучшее детям :)
