ГБУ Жилищник Очаково-Матвеевское не осуществляет контрольную, координирующую и исполнительную деятельность. В подъездах плохая уборка. Стены в подъездах красят водоэмульсионной краской, помыть нельзя, смывается, хотя мытьё стен указывают ежегодно в графе услуг. Скамьи и инвентарь на детских площадках дворовых территорий покрашены краской, которая остаётся на одежде круглогодично, то есть всегда. Умудряются покрасить абсолютно новые, которые достаточно помыть. Не следят за тем, что через дворовые территории грузовая уборочная техника Вольво-"Смешанные отходы", осуществляющая вывоз мусора со специальных площадок, на которых размещены мусорные контейнеры, раз устроила скоростную магистраль, сквозной проезд по тротуарам входной группы со стороны подъездов, детских площадок, что запрещено установленными правилами в жилой зоне дворов. Новые бордюры и газоны разбиты. Грязный снег не вывозят, складируют на газонах. Резиновое покрытие детских площадок положили, перемешав в тазу клей с резиновой крошкой, то есть с нарушениями, и теперь под качелей, покрытие детской площадки твёрже асфальтного покрытия. Тамбурные двери перекошены во всех подъездах района. Травяного покрова на газонах нет не в одном дворе. Вместо цветов и шелковистой зелёной травы во всех дворах или старые покрышки на газонах или кирпичи, камни, ветки.. На деревьях растянуты бельевые верёвки. Все дворы заставлены такси, грузовыми фургонами... Профессионалов нет.
