Не возможно дозвониться, чтобы записаться на продовольственный сертификат. Трубку по-видимо просто положили перед собой. Мы в троем одновременно с разных телефонов дозванивались в течении 40 минут и все безрезультатно, постоянно номер занят.

Мне 65 +, как сейчас обозначают людей, которым может быть оказана помощь по доставке продуктов. очень приятно, что сотрудники позвонили сами, Составила список продуктов, приготовила деньги и сумки, причем оператору сказала, что покупки нужно сделать в магазине Билла, расположенном в 800 метрах от дома, возражений не было,,,,,,а дальше как всегда !!! 17 апреля на пороге квартиры появился волонтер и заявил, что в Биллу он не пойдет, так как расстояние этот магазин находится в 840 метрах, а по ИНСТРУКЦИИ максимальное расстояние для него 810 метров !!! А рядом есть магазины поближе, например Мираторг. Я пенсионерка, лишних средств не имею и список продуктов составляла с учетом акций в магазине Билла! Волонтер - молодой парень , хочется сказать ему, что таких как он не нужно подпускать к пенсионерам!!! В Мираторге цены как минимум в 2 праза выше. Спасибо за внимание, но придется в магазин идти самой, нарушив режим самоизоляции!!! Мой адрес : Ул. Новорогожская, дом 28
