Почему-то почти всегда работает только одно окно,поэтому постоянно очереди. Ничего не объясняют и не разговаривают. Почему-то в аналогичных организациях в Москве есть консультант в зале. А здесь только автосберкасса.

Хороший офис Все оформлено современно Я обращалась в это отделение ТБТИ ранее поэтому могу с уверенностью сказать, что имеют место положительные изменения Кроме того качество обслуживания заметно отличает данное подразделение от других отделений по Москве В частности специалисты в Западном и Юго-восточном отделениях намного менее профессиональны и дружелюбны

Не совсем продуманно. Операции многие переведены в он лайн, но заявления на возврат надо писать лично. НЕпонеятноЮ, почему платить можно он лайн, а получать только лично

Добрый день! Нам очень жаль, что у вас остались негативные впечатления от обращения в МосгорБТИ. Мы работаем над тем, чтобы минимизировать личное присутствие клиентов в офисе и в частности упростить процедуру получения документов. В данный момент создан сервис, который позволяет получить часть документов технического учета в электронном виде.

Оформила заказ через госуслуги, оплатила электронно и приехала забирать уже готовые документы. Электронная очередь, в раб. день была первой в очереди. Быстро и качественно.
