11 июля между 10 и 11 часами утра,заехала к вам заправиться на бонусы. И что, девушка консультант у терминала самообслуживания должна помочь(когда её об этом попросят), а не вредительством заниматься! И главное даже не спрашивает способ расчёта за топливо. В итоге, по её рекомендации вначале приложить в терминалу банковскую карту, я ей и оплатила все. И главное уперлась, давит своим интеллектом, нет бы что то толковое предложить(возврат на карту), она мне очередной ляп втюхивает. Давайте ваш консультант молча будет сидеть у терминала, не такие уж тупые покупатели . А помогать, когда попросят. У меня между прочим планы были на выходные, а по вашему "доброму" делу я без денег на выходные осталась. Всем счасть и добра!

Нормальный бензин. Но отвратительное отношение! Два раза операторы отклонили заправку через приложение, сказав, что можно заправиться только напрямую через кассу. В итоге вместо 15 л «по системной ошибке» заправился полный бак 100 бенза) пока выясняли как так вышло, в меня было отправлено некоторое количество мата, сказанного почти шепотом, но так чтобы я услышала конечно же. Послевкусие ужасное:) Больше не поеду туда
