Про очереди как повезет, но менеджеры юлят конкретно, просил рефинансирования ипотеки ,говорят без проблем, пишите заявление, а при повторном визите выяснилось ,что комиссия за рефинансирование их кредита в их банке 35тыс.р!!

Отвратительно. Народа полный зал, копаются как черепахи, по клавиатуре чуть ли не одним пальчиком набирают!

Очереди возникли из-за того, что в отделении сейчас обслуживание по особому режиму и количество сотрудников в связи с этим ограничено, так как не допускается скопление людей в помещении. Когда не приду - очередь часа на 2-3. От скуки засёк время обслуживания одного человека: 25 минут. И это в самых быстрых окошках. Кроме того, банк не может выполнить простейшие операции: перевыпустили карту по сроку. Оказалось, что перевыпустили на новый счёт. На вопрос "почему так?" ответ: "не знаю". Прошу перекинуть остаток на новую карту - "мы не можем". В приложении не отображается кредит - "звоните в колл-центр, т.к. мы этим не управляем".

Приложение нормально не работает! Приглашают в офис. В офисах очереди на час минимум. Операции также примерно по часу. "Спасибо" ... за "качественные" услуги.
