Именно по отделению на Крымском валу: пока дождешься очереди на свою операцию в кассу можно наверное прочитать пару глав из Войны и Мира. Это при том, что у меня был обмен валюты, и по этой операции никого передо мной не было. Может быть конечно попала в обед сотрудников неудачно, но потеряла около часа времени.

Ужасно долго приходится ждать в очереди!! Почему нельзя взять больше сотрудников? Работают только 3 человека остальные 3 места просто пустуют Почему люди должны уходить раньше с работы и сидеть тратить свое время в очередях?? Банк не уважает потраченное время своих клиентов??

Зашёл получить карту. Прошел уже час ожидания, всё ещё жду. Очень медленное обслуживание, садится человек к операционисту и сидит минут 20. Общая проблема для всех офисов ГПБ.

Здравствуйте. Извините за длительное ожидание. Уточните, пожалуйста, вы получили карту? Время обслуживания каждого клиента индивидуально и зависит от типа проводимой операции, интересующей клиента. Сижу 35 минут, на прием работает одно окно. Сотрудники банка все сидят за компами на своих местах, что то перебирают, бумагу в принтер закладывают и тд. УЖАС…
