Зашёл получить карту. Прошел уже час ожидания, всё ещё жду. Очень медленное обслуживание, садится человек к операционисту и сидит минут 20. Общая проблема для всех офисов ГПБ.

Сижу 35 минут, на прием работает одно окно. Сотрудники банка все сидят за компами на своих местах, что то перебирают, бумагу в принтер закладывают и тд. УЖАС…
