Ужасный банк, в нем бюрократия вселенского масштаба. Сотрудников мало. Очередь постоянно. Имели неосторожность в 2013 году взять ипотеку. Сначала хотели взять ипотечные каникулы, консультацию оказали безграмотно, пришлось писать жалобу в Москву. Потом решили досрочно закрыть, так неправильно посчитали проценты, завысили на 6 тыс. Пересчитали опять через жалобу. Не рекомендую этот банк и больше туда не пойду.
