Думал Газпромбанк ,является лидером по качеству и обслуживанию клиентов. Решил завести зарплатную карту в данном банке ,но к сожалению они ее потеряли! Пришлось писать в обратную связь ,без толку ,прошло время и так же не смогли найти карту . Но заверили,что вопрос взят под контроль и мою карту перевыпустят . Прошло 2 недели ни ответа ,ни привета . Разачарован их отношением

Из единственного, пожалуй, плюса это ремонт, чистота и новые банкоматы, все остальное просто ужасно. Был 2 раза. В 1 раз пришел к самому открытию, никого нет, единственный клиент, сидят 3 менеджера. Спрашиваю : кто может выдать карту. Ответ: берите талончик. Подхожу к терминалу, а он не работает, его попросту не включили. Пришлось уговаривать, что бы меня обслужили без талончика. Якобы их штрафуют за работу без талончика. А 2ой раз когда пришел, взял талончик и пошел к окну , которое табло показало и там никого не было 10 минут. Стоял ждал. Предстоит идти снова, что бы закрыли не пойми зачем открытые карты, вот готовлюсь морально....
