Отвратительно. Шёл 2020 год, но, чтобы оплатить открытие счета в этом «великолепном» банке нужно или иметь с собой пластиковую карту (да-да, в эру оплаты с мобильных устройств. Или идти снимать наличку. И это в 2020 году? Про хамство и недовольство со стороны кассы я вообще молчу! Спасибо, Газпром – из-за вас и вашего отношения к людям я решил просто забить на получение наследства в вашем доблестном банке.

Леонид, здравствуйте! Как и обещали, провели проверку по вашему обращению. К сожалению, терминалы в офисе банка не оснащены функцией бесконтактной оплаты. В связи с чем вам было предложено совершить оплату пластиковой картой или наличными денежными средствами. Чтобы сократить время вашего обслуживания, сотрудники в индивидуальном порядке заранее подготовили документы для проведения интересующей вас операции.
