Заставляют подписать кредитный договор не получив одобрения по кредиту! Бред

Артём, здравствуйте! При подаче заявки подписывается договор оферты, который аннулируется при отказе банка в предоставлении кредита.

Ваш сотрудник которая оформляла кредит, сказала что это кредитный договор. Далее я позвонил на горячию линия вашего банка, где мне так же ответили, что это кредитный договор и это политика банка.

Во время подачи заявки подписывается кредитный договор в форме оферты. Пожалуйста, напишите нам в разделе «Чат с компанией» ваши контактные данные, дату, время обращения в офис и звонка, номер талона (если помните). Проверим качество предоставленной консультации.
