Будьте внимательны, если берёте в этом банке ипотеку!! Всучили нам лишних страховок (страхование от рака, тарифный план с налоговым консультантом и страховку от стечения обстоятельств). По договору обязательно только страхование жизни, имущества, титула! «Добрые» ипотечные же консультанты, перед совершением сделки уверяют, что все, в том числе налоговый консультант, обязательно! Хотя мы подчеркнули, что нам это не требуется, сами сможем оформить документы на возврат налога! Потратили много времени чтобы разбираться в этом и возвращать 7 тысяч за ненужные страховки! Сотрудники чувства вины не испытывают. «Мы думали вам требуются эти страховки, мы предложили - вы согласились.» Вы, черт возьми, сказали, что это обязательно. В общем, читайте внимательно договор.

В банке есть отдел страхования СОГАЗ. Если хотите потерять час жизни на ровном место, то вам сюда. Девочка из страховой будет час бегать, разговаривать, а потом сделает вам страховку за 10 минут. Наглость конечно возмутительная.
