Впервые посетила банк, а обслуживание уже не понравилось. Заказала зарплатную карту, жду её уже три с половиной недели!! Неоднократно звонили на горячую линию где оператор говорил, что карта либо готова либо в пути. Пришла в офис где заказывала, так там вообще сказали что, внимание: ЗАКОНЧИЛСЯ ПЛАСТИК. Мало того, что деньги я могу снять только по паспорту, ОДИН раз в месяц с комиссией и не всю сумму, так ещё чтобы их снять надо в ожидании продать минут 35-40, чтобы так называемое "добро" пришло от Мск! Неприятный осадок оставили с самого начала, а жаль.

Здравствуйте! Извините, что так получилось. Пожалуйста, напишите нам в разделе «Чат с компанией» ваши контактные данные, дату и время обращения в офис, номер талона (если помните). Направим информацию руководству и проверим статус готовности карты.
