Отвратительный банк. Операторы не грамотные на горячей линии. Во время заявки на кредит вводят клиентов в заблуждение умалчивая о важных вещах.

Ужасные очереди По часу сидит один человек Надо как то ускорить процесс обслуживания

Екатерина, очереди возникли из-за того, что в отделении сейчас обслуживание по особому режиму и количество сотрудников в связи с этим ограничено, так как не допускается скопление людей в помещении. Для нас важно, чтобы обслуживание клиентов было максимально комфортным и качественным. Судя по всем отзывам и моему личному опыту не советую вам пользоваться услугами данного банка, ребят это не в штатах, я там был и знаю как там работают 👍 вот там сервис, а тут одни понты, да пустая реклама!! 👎
