1 апреля, в банке на ул. Б.Хмельницкого г. Омск работает 2 оператора и кассир, очередь человек 20, ждём по 3 часа, в помещении грязно и душно. Ни кто ни какой информацией не владеет. Есть большое желание закрыть вклад и здесь больше не обслуживаться.

Отвратительный филиал отделения. Из 11 окон работают не более 4. Из раза в раз в очереди приходится сидеть по 1 часу. Причём не из-за длинных очередей, а из-за вальяжной работы сотрудников

Ужасное обслуживание. Пришёл поменять карту "гаси кредит" простоял 1 час 20 минут. Электронная очередь настроена таким образом, что люди, пришедшие на час позже, но с заявкой на кредит пройдут раньше чем вы. Цирк.
