Почему вызывают тех кто пришел позже меня? Почему девушка (работник) берет талоны и проводит по ним к специалистам без очереди? Пришла получить карту, сижу уже час 🤷‍♀️ обслуживание клиентов происходит очень долго ! Какой-то кошмар

Самый ужасный банк, в том плане, что приём ведут всегда то 2,то вообще 1 специалист... Принимают очень долго, сидишь в очереди всегда не меньше часа...и это всего лишь для того, чтоб оплатить кредит или ипотеку, да и вообще по любому вопросу.
