Не банк, а мошенники какие-то. Мной было подано заявление на закрытие кредитного счета и карты. (Само собой погасил все задолженности перед этим и заблокировал карту). В банке сказали, что закроют счет в течение 60 дней. В итоге счет через 60 дней они так и не закрыли. Через 10 месяцев после этого списали деньги за обслуживание карты. Сейчас начал разбираться почему не закрыли счет, но в банке никто не может ответить на вопрос. У них "нет возможности уточнить, по какой причине счет не был закрыт вовремя". Они прямо так и отвечают(скриншот прикладываю). В офисе банка тоже никто ни за что не отвечает и решить ни один вопрос не может. Говорят пишите обращение, его рассмотрят кто-то там и где-то там через 25 дней. Написал 2 обращения, в итоге на мои обращения приходят отписки, что деньги за обслуживание карты списаны в соответствии с тарифом, а тот факт, что они должны были закрыть счет, но почему-то так не закрыли, они просто игнорируют. Не знаю, на что они рассчитывают в современном мире, когда так ведут дела. Никому не советую связываться с этой шарашкиной конторой!

Ну почему никогда нельзя попасть чтобы работало больше одного банкомата? Всегда висит бумажка, что что-либо не работает

Зашли узнать информацию по ипотеки взяли талон просидели час так и не дождались , не понятно чем там занимаются,ушли, нужно просидеть пол дня чтоб тебя приняли, не рекомендую этот банк очень все медленно и долго!!единственный банк в городе и обслуживание ужасное

Рефенанс чистый обмен. Ставки тоже. При их ставки 11.8% платеж выше на 400 рублей. чем в Другом банке под 18,9% Клоуны и артисты блин.
