Пришли закрыть счет. Сидим уже полтора часа, вызывали в разные окна. Позвонили подойти заполнить бумаги, как итог взяли талон и всё еще сидим. Организация работы на нулевом уровне.

Очень плохой банк. Сотрудники работают медленно. Пришел вообще не было очереди. Взял талончик и только через 10 минут меня вызвали. Хотя на меня смотрели три сотрудника и все они были свободны.жесть.

В последнее время стали часто появляться очереди. Состав сотрудников меняется в не лучшую сторону.
