Отвратительный сервис!!! В отделении работает два менеджера. Более 45 минут очередь не продвигается совсем - менеджеры заняты бесконечными консультациями двоих клиентов по вопросам инвестиций и открытия счета. Клиенты не особо одаренные пониманием инфо. Один менеджер занимался обслуживанием премиального клиента. Хотя в данном отделении такого формата обслуживание нет! Руководитель отделения отказалась решать вопрос с продвижением очереди - ждите мы работаем! Хамский ответ и позиция !!

Очень долго обслуживают, больше трёх человек в зал не запускают. Не понравился офис. Обслуживает один менеджер.

Добрый день !Во всем городе мне нравиться именно этот филиал ,вот в других невозможно даже разговаривать с сотрудниками ,именно в этом банке отзывчивые и всегда все доходчиво объяснят ,особенно специалист Ерофеева -хорошо знает свои обязанности !
