Я вчера позвонил на горячую линию Газпромбанка и мне сказали что моя карта перевыпущенна а в банке сегодня сказали что произошла ошибка.И меня удивляет их работа у кого-то без ошибки перевыпуск неделя максимум две а у меня карта перевыпеэускается почти месяц!

Ужасный банк и обслуживание. Абсолютно не ориентированы на клиентов. Совковые подходы к организации бизнеса. Хамская охрана, которая видимо чувствует себя причастной к "народному достоянию"

Обратился в банк, с нестандартной проблемой. Пошли на встречу, подписали соглашение, помогли дистанционно. Отдельно спасибо, сотрудникам ипотечного отдела.

Офис расположен удобно. Но обатился оформить Union Pay, просидел полчаса с талоном, обясил что переводы с китаем. Заплатил за выпуск карты штуку. В итоге выеснсняется что она рублевым счетом и нужно выпускать новую карту с валютным и ещё платить. Пошел к другим.
